Remote Appointment Setter (commission only) About the job: I need a few remote appointment setters. You call plumbing and HVAC business owners from a list I give you and book 15-minute demos. I run the demos and close the deals. You get the list, the script and the CRM. What you're booking demos for: Neurosync AI sets up an AI receptionist for plumbing and HVAC companies. It answers every call and books jobs into their calendar, so owners stop losing work to missed calls. This is an independent contractor (1099) role. Compensation: commission only, 15% (about $375 per signed customer), paid biweekly by Zelle. About $750 a week possible, commission only, not guaranteed. No base pay. You never pay anything to join, apply or train. Shifts: four 3-hour shifts, Mon-Fri, Central Time. What you will do: - Call plumbing and HVAC owners from the list I give you - Use the script to book 15-minute demos - Log every call and booking in the CRM - I run the demos and close the deals What we are looking for: - Clear, friendly phone voice - Shows up for the shifts and stays consistent - Coachable. Experience helps but isn't required. Requirements (US only): you must live in the United States. Fully remote. Phone or headset, computer and steady internet.
